To all my lovely clients: I understand life happens and situations can arise, but I kindly ask that you notify me MINIMUM 72 hours (3 Days) in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment so I have an opportunity to fill your spot. *APPOINTMENT HOLDING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.* “No-Show” appointments and last minute cancellations (72 hours or less) will be charged FULL PRICE. Disregard for your booked appointment costs me precious time with my children and family, and other clients that could have had the appointment; If you have cancelled two (2) times consecutively, regardless of the 72 hour window, you will be restricted from online booking and will only be allowed to schedule an appointment directly through me 24 hours in advanced with a Non-Refundable Holding Fee + 50% down payment of your selected service(s) that will go towards your scheduled treatment. There will be NO REFUNDS for your missed/cancelled appointment(s).
